Overview
Glaadly founder Martin Meen Lorvik had a bold vision: disrupt traditional peer-to-peer marketplaces by building AI into the platform's core. The goal was making household services—repairs, gardening, cleaning—as effortless as ordering a ride, while building trust through digital local communities. We became Glaadly's technical partner from day one, building native iOS and Android applications from a unified React Native codebase. The AI integration proved critical, with intelligent matching algorithms considering distance, availability, ratings, and behavior patterns to connect customers with ideal providers. Natural language processing lets users describe needs naturally, while personalization engines learn to surface increasingly relevant options. The platform launched with complete functionality: streamlined provider onboarding, effortless customer booking, integrated payments with escrow, calendar sync, real-time messaging, and robust reviews. The results validated our approach—Glaadly secured multiple funding rounds from investors impressed by the execution, with strong user retention indicating product-market fit.
